The core crowd safety and risk modeling tools (DIM-ICE, Crowd Dynamics, RAMP Analysis, Risk and Congestion Mapping and the Decision Support Matrix tools).

To pass this course, you have an assessment and need to achieve an 80% minimum pass mark for a Level 3 certificate.
